CURBSIDE SERVICE AVAILABLE AT TIEFENTHALER’S IN HOLSTEIN

Like most of you, we are following the daily developments of COVID-19 closely. The safety of our customers and our employees is always a top priority.

Our Staff has been working hard at keeping our most popular and essential products in stock, including ground beef and our famous Skinless Bratwurst, among many other products.

We will continue with CURBSIDE SERVICE only until further notice. Please read the following as to how we are going to manage this service to help our customers and to protect our valued staff during this National Emergency.

We have received a lot of curbside orders. Thank you very much for supporting our small business. Please be patient with us as we work through this difficult time. As a small business, we truly appreciate each and every one of our customers!

PICK UP CURBSIDE HOURS are different than our
regular hours. Please take note!

CURBSIDE PICKUP IS MONDAY THRU FRIDAY – 9 AM TO 4 PM
SATURDAY CURBSIDE 9 AM TO 11 AM

1. Orders must be placed at least one day in advance before pickup – NO SAME DAY CURBSIDE ORDERS.
PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDER ON OUR WEBSITE FORM to keep the phone lines open for customers that are calling when they arrive in our parking lot for their scheduled pickup. Go to our website www.tqmeats.com to place your curbside order. On the websites home page there is “Button” to order CURBSIDE SERVICE. No Facebook or Messenger orders will be filled!

2. We will take your order by submitting online at our website www.tqmeats.com After we have your order filled to the best of our ability, (please know we could be out of stock on items), we will call you with a total which you will then pay with a credit card.

3. On your scheduled pick up day – DO NOT CALL UNTIL YOU ARE IN THE PARKING LOT!!! Once you arrive in the parking lot, give us a call, let us know what vehicle you are driving, and we will bring your order out. Please have your trunk or lift gate open.

4. We will load your vehicle, with the receipt in one of the sacks.

5. Likewise, if you are picking up a custom processing order, we will bring it to your vehicle. Call at least one day ahead and we will process your payment over the phone. When you come to pick up - DO NOT CALL UNTIL YOU ARE IN THE PARKING LOT!!!

6.EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!! OUR STORE IS NO LONGER OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR EMPLOYEES.

As we have seen in the last few weeks, we are all living in a different world. Therefore, we will continue to monitor the situation and adjust our business operations as needed.
While we already have rigorous procedures and protocols in place for sanitation, we are committed to increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting throughout the store.
