DONATION REQUEST FORM​

Here at Tiefenthaler Quality Meats, we love to help out the community whenever we can. The following donation request policy has been implemented to create consistency and fairness to organizations that ask for TQ Meats support. Rather than donating to individual personal benefits our company policy is to donate to community organizations or groups for fundraising with the purpose to better the community in some way. We would like to respond favorably to all requests however the needs are far greater than our allocated resources. Therefore it is not possible for us to accommodate all request. We can only consider donation requests that are submitted on this form. Because our policy supports consistency and fairness to organizations we no longer handle donation requests over the phone or the counter. Thank you for understanding. Our contributions or donations primary consist of Tiefenthaler Quality Meats store credit cards to help offset the cost of your event. We ask that you submit this form at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
