Tiefenthaler’s Boneless Butterfly Pork Chops are cut 3/4″-1” thick. Two chops per package.
Bake Frozen Chops at 350°F for 50-60 minutes or until internal meat temperature reaches 145°F and allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Grill: Thawed Chops on the first side undisturbed for 5 minutes (3/4-inch thick) to 8 minutes (1 1/2-inch thick). Turn chops over and continue to grill until internal temperature reaches 145°F and allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
